Fringe Salon and Boutique, located in El Reno, Oklahoma, was established in October 2018.  Fringe is locally owned and operated by Rachel Hudson.

Fringe Boutique is known for its wide selection of women's clothing and accessories for all ages and sizes! The boutique carries well known brands like Double Zero, White Raven and Kancan Jeans.

Our goal at our salon is to give each & every guest an unforgettable salon experience, every time! We have five amazing stylist who specialize in everything from complex hair cuts to vivid hair colors.
